Welcome to King Tee Fitness! 

I am so excited to bring my brand of fitness to you.  I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina with the dream of building my own opportunity .  I am a NASM Certified Trainer, who is inspired to share my fitness and workout techniques with you. Being in my 30’s,  I would say I am in the best shape of my life because I have decided to take my health and put it first. I’m ready and well prepared to guide you through your health and wellness journey to ultimately bring your health and fitness to the next level.
